CropJoy App User Terms and Conditions
 
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CropJoy App as a consumer. By accessing or using the CropJoy App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
 
1. Payment and Refund Policies
 
1.1 Payment
• All payments for orders placed through the CropJoy App must be made at the time of purchase.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or any other method provided within the app.
• Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. CropJoy does not store or have access to your payment details.
• Prices displayed on the app are set by farmers and may include applicable taxes or delivery fees.
 
1.2 Refunds
 
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Damaged or Spoiled Products: If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
• Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe (subject to reasonable delays).
• Incorrect Orders: If the wrong product is delivered.
 
Refund Process:
• To request a refund, you must contact CropJoy Help Centre within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• You may be required to provide evidence, such as photos of the product or proof of delivery issues.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
 
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations
 
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after placing an order.
• Failure to collect or accept the delivery at the agreed location.
• Products that were delivered as described and in good condition.
 
2. Dispute Resolution and Liability Clauses
 
2.1 Dispute Resolution
• If a dispute arises between you and a farmer regarding the quality, delivery, or any other aspect of an order, CropJoy will act as a mediator to resolve the issue.
• To initiate a dispute, contact CropJoy Help Centre within 48 hours of the incident.
• Both parties must cooperate with CropJoy to resolve the dispute fairly.
• CropJoy’s decision in resolving disputes will be final and binding.
 
2.2 Limitation of Liability
• CropJoy acts as a platform connecting consumers with farmers and does not produce, package nor deliver the goods. Therefore, CropJoy is not liable for:
• The quality, safety, or freshness of the products.
• Delays or non-delivery caused by the farmer or delivery service.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• CropJoy’s total liability for any claim related to the app or its services is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed order.
 
2.3 No Warranty
• The CropJoy App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• CropJoy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or error-free operation.
 
 
 
CropJoy Farmer App Terms and Conditions
 
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CropJoy Farmer App. By registering as a farmer and using the CropJoy Farmer App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
 
1. Payment and Refund Policies
 
1.1 Payment
• Payments for orders placed through the CropJoy Farmer App will be made to the farmer every 7 days after the successful delivery of the product.
• Payments will be processed and transferred to the bank account or payment method registered by the farmer on the app.
• Farmers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up-to-date. CropJoy is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details.
• A service fee or commission, as agreed upon during registration, will be deducted from each transaction before payment to the farmer.
 
1.2 Payment Schedule
• Payments will be processed within 7 business days after the successful delivery of an order, subject to verification and approval by CropJoy.
 
1.3 Refunds
 
Refunds may apply under the following circumstances:
• If a consumer raises a valid dispute about the quality, freshness, or accuracy of the product.
• If an order is canceled by the farmer after payment has been made by the consumer.
 
Refund Process:
• Refunds to consumers will be handled by CropJoy, and the refunded amount will be deducted from the farmer’s pending or future payments.
• Farmers will be notified of any refund claims and may be required to provide evidence (e.g., proof of product condition or delivery).
 
1.4 Non-Refundable Situations
 
Farmers will not be entitled to refunds for:
• Service fees or commissions deducted by CropJoy.
• Losses incurred due to their own errors, such as incorrect product listings or failure to deliver orders.
 
2. Dispute Resolution and Liability Clauses
 
2.1 Dispute Resolution
• If a dispute arises between the farmer and a consumer regarding an order, CropJoy will act as a neutral mediator to resolve the issue.
• Farmers must respond to dispute notifications within 48 hours and provide necessary evidence, such as product photos or delivery confirmations.
• CropJoy will review the evidence and make a fair decision. The decision of CropJoy in dispute matters will be final and binding.
 
2.2 Liability
• Farmers are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring the quality, freshness, and accuracy of the products listed on the app.
• Ensure safe and proper packaging for products.
• Timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and delivery of agricultural products.
• CropJoy is not liable for:
• Losses incurred due to poor product quality or delivery delays.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the farmer’s use of the app.
 
2.3 Limitation of Liability
• CropJoy’s total liability for any claim related to the app or its services is limited to the amount of service fees earned from the disputed transaction.
 
2.4 No Warranty
• The CropJoy Farmer App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• CropJoy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or error-free operation.
